3. A light, clear glossy texture with a smooth finish
The clear and light jelly texture leaves a smooth, refreshing finish without leaving any stickiness even when layered multiple times.

HOW TO USE: [When using as shining lip top coat]
Apply lipstick or tint and put appropriate amount of lip plumper on top. Done! You get shining shimmering glowing lips!
